You retain all intellectual property rights to your submitted documents. My editing services do not transfer any ownership rights to me. I agree to:

• Not share your documents with third parties without your explicit consent

5. Payments & Refund Policy

My payment and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent:

5.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Gumroad
• 50% deposit is required to begin the editing process
• Remaining balance will be charged upon completion

5.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD
• Initial deposit must be paid before editing begins
• Prices are based on word count packages:
  • Basic Package: Up to 5,000 words
  • Standard Package: Up to 8,000 words
  • Premium Package: Up to 12,000 words

5.3 Refund Policy

• I offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied or your paper is published
• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• No refund after the final edited document has been delivered and accepted

6. Compliance and Security

I maintain strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations:

• Secure data storage and transmission
• Regular security updates
• Strict confidentiality practices
• Incident response procedures

7. Service Delivery

I am committed to delivering high-quality editing services:

• Standard delivery time is 7 days for all packages
• Service is provided for English-language papers only
• Translation services are not included
• I will notify you promptly of any potential delays
• Unlimited revisions are included until publication

8. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for excellence in my editing services, I cannot guarantee:

• Publication acceptance
• Specific grades or academic outcomes
• Complete error-free documents, although I aim for the highest quality possible
• Translation accuracy as I do not provide translation services
